UploadQueueStatus, Differentiated per service per country

Warns for unsent messages in the upload queue. Although unsent messages in the upload queue isn’t an issue for a short period of time, it might become an issue when the actual problem isn’t resolved. Unsent messages might be in the queue due to a temporary (network) issue or an issue with the receiving member state, or it might indicate structural problems sending asynchronous messages to other member states. Due to the reliable messaging principle of EUCARIS, the core will retry unsent messages  repeatedly with an increasing interval with a maximum of 60 minutes. Having hundreds of unsent messages might therefore influence the available resources unnecessary.

Severity:

Warning: 50 or less of age between 1 to 7 days old

Critical: 50 or more or any older than 7 days

Alert: 100 or more or any older than 14 days

Resolution:

Check if the member state is having (or reported) issues at the EUCARIS dashboard or at EUCARIS Operations. Check the (basic) network connectivity of the mentioned member state. If no resolution can be found, please contact the recipient member state and send a carbon copy of the request to EUCARIS Operations.

If the recipient member state is the own member state, then Asynchronouw Forwarding is enabled, but the local service is not able to accept the messages that EUCARIS tries to forward. Please check if the Asynchronous Forward was deliberate, and if so, why the local service is unable to receive the messages from EUCARIS. For configuration of Asynchronous Forwarding, open the Management Client and select “Service Configuration”. Now select the service mentioned in the HealthCenter issue respectively.
