DownloadQueueStatus, Differentiated per service per country
Warns for unprocessed messages in the download queue.

Alert: Any message with processing state failed
Resolution:
The EUCARIS download queue can contain batch requests which are processed by the EUCARIS Batch Processor. The batch request will end up in the state “failed” if the batch processor was unable to process all requests and produce a valid response. Review the Windows Application eventlog in order to discover the cause of the failure. The batch can be restarted using the EUCARIS Management Client, menu Administration > download administration. Select the Service name and the date-period of the failed batch request, and reset the “retrieved” state.
