Use of the EUCARIS system
Guernsey is participant of EUCARIS and has a one way link (outbound) to the other participants.

In Guernsey the Committee for the Environment & Infrastructure, acting through the Driver and Vehicle Licensing section of Traffic and Highway Services, is the regulatory body for driving licences, vehicle registrations, driving test services, oversized vehicles and public service vehicle licensing.
For the avoidance of doubt, Traffic and Highway Services also issues licences to residents of Alderney, Herm, Jethou and Sark.
