Use of the EUCARIS system
Croatia is participant of EUCARIS and is making use of the EUCARIS technology for information exchange based on:
- the Road Safety Directive (CBE) 2015/413/EU
- the legislation concerning the European Register of Road Transport Undertakings (ERRU), the regulations (EU) No 1071/2009, 1072/2009, 1073/2009 and 1213/2010
- the EU Prüm Council Decisions (PRUM) 2008/615/JHA and 2008/616/JHA
- the 3rd Driving Licence Directive (RESPER) 2006/126/EU
- the legislation concerning measures to strengthen administrative cooperation in the field of value added tax (VAT) (EU) 2018/1541 of 2 October 2018 amending Regulations (EU) No 904/2010 and (EU) 2017/2454
- Information exchange based on the Salzburg agreement
