Use of the EUCARIS system

Spain is participant of EUCARIS and is making use of the EUCARIS technology for information exchange based on

  • the EU Prüm Council Decisions (2008/615/JHA and 2008/616/JHA)
  • the Road Safety Directive (2015/413/EU)
  • VAT (Value Added Tax): Council Regulation (EU) 2018/1541 and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1129
