Maintenance

On 11.03.2025 from 17:00 to 20:00 Slovakia planned maintenance on their production environment.
In that period of time, Slovakia will be unavailable.

On March 11, 2025, from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Eucaris Poland will be updated.

Maintenance work will cause temporary unavailability of the EUCARIS system.

This is an information notice of scheduled maintenance work on the NVDF Systems:.

Start Time: Wednesday 12^th March 2025 –  21.00 to 23.00

Services affected:  Forgotten pin, ORD online service, Plastic Card Scanning(SGS/OCR) & PCDU Interface, NDLS, RTOL User application & public web site, COVIS interface, Taxi Regulator, IIF & AXA Interfaces, NVDF Read Only Enquiry System; Driver Read only Enquiry Systems, Motor Tax System, Eucaris ERRU & RESPER,  Garda Staging server, Agency Staging Server automated uploads & Service provider test & development systems;

All systems will be available after the work is complete but if you experience any issues then please e-mail our customer services section at dvcsdcustomer@transport.gov.ie and the issue will be investigated on Thursday 13^th March.

Outage should be no more than 30 minutes.

For your knowledge, a scheduled maintenance by the General Directorate of Traffic (DGT) of Spain, is going to take place on February 23 from 08:00h to 16:00h. Requests to EUCARIS Spain will not be available or will not be stable.

Germany will be implementing RESPER 2.0, starting on February 18th at 10 am.

It is quite possible that DE will not be available for RESPER requests for some time.

They are trying to keep the interruption as short as possible.
