IT – EUCARIS maybe unavailable 26th February 10:00-12:00

We hereby inform you that, on Thursday 26 January from 10:00 a.m., the EUCARIS Production servers will be updated to apply the OS security patches of the operating system.

Backup and upgrade activities will cause brief interruptions in the availability of services.

We would like to inform you that this weekend and the coming Monday, i.e., on 14–16 February, due to database upgrade works, data provision from all EUCARIS services to which Lithuania is connected may experience disruptions.

IRL – ERRU & RESPER maybe unavailable Thursday February 12th 21:15-23:00

After 21:15 on Thursday 12th February a new firewall will be activated, and a subset of traffic will be rerouted to the new firewall. This work will require an outage to webservices of between 30 to 90 minutes while reconfiguration takes place.
Where it is appropriate we will be contacting individual stakeholders to invite them to perform additional service verification when the work is completed at approximately 22:30 on the night of 12th February.

Dear all, Switzerland and Liechtenstein will have a maintenance break in the production environment. During the maintenance break the connection to TACHOnet will be down from 18:00 until 20:00 hours on Tuesday the 3rd of February.

Ireland (IE) – Maintenance After 21:30 on Tuesday 3rd February, After 21:30 on Tuesday 5th February

This is an information notice of scheduled maintenance work on the NVDF Web Services Systems

 

Presidio will be undertaking essential works on the network firewalls in Ennis after 21:30 the 3rd and 5th February in order to prepare for the future planned relocation of services from Shannon to Ennis which will impact Web Services stack and AutoSys.

After 21:30 on Tuesday 3rd February the existing Ennis firewall will be rebooted. No impact to service is anticipated, but we would like all stakeholders to be aware of the work in the unlikely scenario there might be a momentary “blip”

Services Impacted: Forgotten pin, ORD online service, Plastic Card Scanning(SGS/OCR) & PCDU Interface, NDLS, RTOL User application & public web site, COVIS interface, Taxi Regulator, IIF & AXA Interfaces, NVDF Read Only Enquiry System; Driver Read only Enquiry Systems, Eucaris ERRU & RESPER.
