we are informing you that starting at 10 am on Monday, March 24, we will switch to the new Production Eucaris system.
The new system is a new installation on a new Oracle database.
We will inform you about the outcomes and the end of the activity.

Services affected: Forgotten pin, ORD online service, Plastic Card Scanning(SGS/OCR) & PCDU Interface, NDLS, RTOL User application & public web site, COVIS interface, Taxi Regulator, IIF & AXA Interfaces, NVDF Read Only Enquiry System; Driver Read only Enquiry Systems, Motor Tax System, Eucaris ERRU & RESPER, Garda Staging server, Agency Staging Server automated uploads & Service provider test & development systems;
All systems will be available after the work is complete but if you experience any issues then please e-mail our customer services section at dvcsdcustomer@transport.gov.ie and the issue will be investigated on Thursday 13th March.

This is a joint notification for all users of the MoveHub applications: ERRU, ProDriveNet, RESPER, RSI and TACHOnet.
Next week we will perform a global maintenance on the MoveHub platform and all of the above applications will be unavailable for a short period of time. Unfortunately this cannot be done at the weekend and so the maintenance will start at 07:00 CET on Thursday 23/01/25 and should take no longer than one hour.
N.B. – for RESPER v1 SDLN search requests, any that are still in progress pending the final response at 48 hours will be terminated.
We will inform you of any delays and also as soon as the platform is available again following this maintenance.
