This page contains all information available regarding the Salzburg extension of EUCARIS. This page will be updated regularly.

Brief description

The  Salzburg plugin consists of messages intended to be used after a Cross-Border Enforcement inquiry has been carried out, but the final result of this enquiry has not been reached, i.e. payment of the CBE related fine.

The functionality is based on the Salzburg Forum Agreement, which is an agreement between the following countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary.

The message set consists of four separate functionalities/datasets:

  • Identification of driver
  • Establishment of address
  • Sending and servicing of documents
  • Cross-Border Execution

Each dataset consists of three message flows and six messages:

  • A request + acknowledgement
  • A response + acknowledgement
  • A reversal message + acknowledgement
